^{_{PLEASE !! Take The Time To Login and Fill Out Your Membership Form.}}

_{Your first step will be to choose the type of membership you want to purchase.}

_{Once you have selected your membership type you will be redirected to the: "}_{Login / Create Account"}_page.

_1st_{: You will need to make a username and password.}

_2nd:_{You will need to fill in the Personal Information.}

_{Please note,}_{this information is NOT RETAINED by MPBA at this point. This information is for registration and payment only.}

_3rd:_Complete_{this form and click on “SAVE and CONTINUE”}

_{After you have completed this page you will receive an automated email with your login and password information.}_{We recommend that you print this email for future reference.}

_{You have now been redirected to the}_{"BILLING INFORMATION PAGE".}

_1st:_{If your billing information is the same as your personal information that you provided on the previous page you can click inside the box at the top left to prefill these fields. If the billing information is not the same then you must fill all fields out completly and continue on.}

_2nd:_{Scroll to the bottom of the form and click on paymant method. The page will reload and the fields will be automatically filled. Please review this information to make sure it is correct and that all mandatory fields are completed.}

_{Please NOTE! any field that has a red}_*_{asteric beside it is a MANDATORY field and MUST be completed or you will not be allowed to continue on to the next step.}

_3rd_{Go to the Payment Method Required and select a payment option from the drop down menu. If you do not choose a payment option it will reload the page and inform you there were errors in your submission.}

_{YOU MUST CHOOSE A PAYMENT OPTION!}

_4th:_{Press the}_{"PROCESS MY ORDER"}_{button to continue to the next step.}

_{You have now been redirected to the MPBA Paypal payment page. I}

_1st:_{If you have a paypal acconut simply login into your paypal account.}

_2nd_:_{Your next step will be to review your payment and click on the yellow}

_{"PAY NOW"}_{button at the bottom right of the page.}

_3rd:_{You are now directed to your Paypal payment reciept. If you wish to print your reciept you can click on the "VIEW PRINTABLE RECIEPT" button and a new page will open that you can print.}

_{Once you have printed your receipt close it out and press the yellow "RETURN TO MERCHANT" button.}

_4th:_{You are now at your membership form. Please fill this form out completly as this is the only time that we keep any information that you provide.}
